Composite resin fillings begin as a liquid material that Dr. Hogan tints to match the enamel of the effected tooth. After removing decay, the liquid resin is placed into the cavity and hardened with a gentle curing light. Dr. Hogan sculpts the filling for the best fit, then polishes it to a nice shine.
